New Music: Joelle James ft Chris Brown "Fading Away"

Chris Brown introduced his new artist Joelle which is a "Youtube Star". She signed with CBE/Interscope. I'm guessing "Fading Away" is simply a buzz track. It's not a great first single but a great introductory track. We are liking what we are hearing. Chris hopefully will get her some good tracks and train her well for the stage. She has potential.
